“I wanted to recognize Katy for the wonderful customer service I witnessed yesterday as i was checking out. I watched her assist an elderly couple while she was helping with bagging. The woman was visually impaired and was having trouble finding starch for her clothes. She took the initiative to look up the aisle on her phone, went to get the starch herself, and brought it back to the couple.
Katy went beyond by assisting the woman throughout the checkout process. She gently held her hand and helped guide her between her husband and the register so she could feel comfortable and safe. The woman was extremely grateful for Katy’s kindness and compassion.I was so impressed by the interaction that I made sure to recognize her right there and told the cashier in my lane, where she was also helping with bags, about what I had witnessed. Katy was genuinely caring and it was clear that she truly wanted to help.”

“I was here about a week ago and had the best experience! I was in a rush because a table at my business broke in the midst of a setup so I was a bit panicked. I rushed to Sam's Club to purchase a new table. Upon entering I noticed that the aisle where the tables were was EMPTY (in the size that I needed). I have never seen the tables roll be empty so you can just about imagine how I was feeling. I ran across a wonderful lady named "Lizzy" ( if I can remember correctly) she was so gracious and stopped what she was doing to see if there was ANY in stock... Lizzy found that there was 25 in stick, she found the manager and the orchestrated to have a forklift lower the stock of tables down just for me to get 1 table!. I was so grateful ?? and surprised they did that for me. Further, there was 2 brothers, whom look like TWINS but I learned isn't LOL, "Jeremiah" both have biblical names. The two brothers grabbed the table for me, helped me through the line and politely carried the table to my truck. During the process of carrying the table, there was another customer who needed assistance so the brothers quickly came up with a plan to help us both and they did so with great professionalism and care!
I am so pleased. I come to this location often and this has been my BEST experience. I noticed that thr manager spoke with the employees with respect and care, she was kind, which I think goes a long ways to create a healthy work environment.”
“I stopped by Market District Express while running a few errands nearby and ended up spending way more time there than expected. The store was super clean, organized, and had a really nice selection of fresh produce, bakery items, and ready-to-eat meals. I grabbed sushi, fresh fruit, and a few grocery essentials, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find a few items, which made the experience even better.
What I liked most was how calm and modern the atmosphere felt compared to crowded grocery stores. The checkout process was quick, and the overall shopping experience felt smooth and convenient. Prices are definitely a little higher than some other stores, but the quality and selection make up for it in my opinion. Great place if you want fresh food and a more relaxed shopping experience.”

“Okay, after visiting the Westerville Kroger and the Hampsted New Albany Kroger I had just about written Kroger off, as both stores are cluttered with cardboard stock boxes and just seem to not properly stock things. This store was nearly spotless.... Like out of a 10 scale its a 9.5. It has more selections of things than the Hampsted one. The aisles are free of abandoned cardboard. The workers move out of your way and when a restock cart gets full of empty cardboard board they take it into the back like they should. The shelves are stocked and fronted. They dont just place stock boxes full of cans on the shelf and leave it like a whole sale place. There isnt run over piled on the aisle, it stays in the back til needed. The sales people were helpful when I couldnt find what I needed. Self self checkout was a breeze. Whoever the manager here is needs to train the manager at Hampsted/New Albany. They could learn a lot. Thank you Stone Ridge Kroger/Gahanna for restoring my faith in Kroger.”

“Even though it's no longer the closest pharmacy to my house, I still come to this location for the customer service. The pharmacy tech Reba has been taking care of me and my family for more years than I can count. She anticipates when it's time for a refill and reminds me because I forget everytime! The rotation of pharmacists are also very nice but they change sometimes while Reba has remained consistent. I'm not looking forward to the day she retires ?”
“Love Drug Mart and yesterday had two friendly employees which is unusual for us there so that was nice to be greeted.
However the pharmacy is another thing. The pharmacist huffing and rolling eyes at me doesn’t give me warm vibes. Very unapproachable and frustrated every time if you ask a question. You should be able to ask your pharmacists questions about the meds or pharmacy related without behind huffed at and irritated responses.
I’ve asked what OTC cold meds I could use safely with a RX that warned about certain ones but wasn’t specific and he said you’ll have to go read. Well I did and was uncertain and I even googled.
Well idk what I’m reading for therefore needed help and advice. Refused to help me. I left. I also never took that RX due to interaction risks and no help.
They rarely have our prescriptions in stock. Our last time sensitive prescription had to be ordered somewhere else because they didn’t have it. My one RX has to be ordered in every single time. Just seems odd. No help with doctors order something wrong and insurance won’t cover.
I grew up with a small town pharmacy and never these issues this is nearly everytime.

“I had to pick up prescriptions today That I had to show I.D. for....I almost passed out while I was waiting for my prescriptions.... One of the pharmacy techs. Walked me out to my vehicle to make sure I didn't hurt myself,( FLORA ? ), I THINK THAT WAS HER NAME....Tuesday-6-17 at 16:02.... Thank you so much Flora... This is a great pharmacy , and I have a great relationship with the majority of the people there.....Losing Jamie the former head pharmacist was the biggest mistake you guys ever made.... But I continue to stay because of the other techs and Christina, don't lose them or you will lose customers..... Do something nice for Flora ?... A raise or recognize her, something !!!... Your 15 year customer....Thank You”
“I used this Walgreens to pickup a package that required a signature. I want to add that Jerome was very helpful and showed an interest in my situation . The other person I interacted with was also courteous and helpful. I would recommend this place as a FedEx drop off location.”
“I frequent this pharmacy for all of my medication‘s. Ive been a customer for over 3 years. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I would particularly like to mention that Dale is a delight. Dale is always smiling and has a great sense of humor he’s also very knowledgeable. I look really look forward to having any interaction with him. He always has a good joke or way of making the day brighter! He is helpful, always in great spirits, very punctual and friendly! Miss. Rita is an Angel as well! 10/10 recommend this pharmacy they really take the time to get to know you and to meet your pharmacy needs.”
“They’re pretty great as far as customer service goes. My only concern with them is that they had a POS system update last summer which renders my FSA card completely useless, since it doesn’t have a chip for tap technology. No one has been able to troubleshoot this effectively so now every time I have to pay out of pocket & submit receipts for reimbursement. Running as credit doesn’t work either. It’s nobody’s fault- it is what it is. I wish there was a way to pay prior to picking up on the mychart portal- since OSU doesn’t have issues charging my FSA card for balances due, and it is a card that is saved on my file.”
“We definitely need a Kroger fuel pump back home in Logan county in Wyoming county West Virginia. I saved almost 50 cents a gallon because we have a Krogers here and I had saved up so many Kroger points it was great for my long trip.”

As you know all pharmacies are overwhelmed these days, and this Walgreens is no exception. However their staff really make an effort to get things done in a timely manner and make me aware when there is any delay or issue. I would 1000% recommend this store.
