From getting discounts, finding scarce medications. Helping when a family member lost coverage for a time.The front of the store has always been kind and helpful as well.Some of the merchandise is priced a bit high, but if you use your CVS card/point you can get great deals. I got $60 worth of vitamins for $20. Always the best price on name brand name TP. You do have to use your points. many of the one star reviews are from unhappy people that don't understand how the medical system works. It is broken, these folks do their best to make it work.”

“Kroger pharmacy has always been very good to me and my family. I have used multiple locations and each one has its quirks.The Blanchester location is a small town location. Which means there's only so many people who work at the location and a lot of medicine to fill. If they don't have a med in stock it typically is because it's not something many people are prescribed and may take a couple days to fill.I always try to request my refills a few days early and watch the app for them to be ready. You can always call and let them know if you need it rushed.People work here and they are not mind readers. All you have to do is ask kindly. This is not an easy or enviable job and I am grateful they do it and I don't have to go to another pharmacy.”
