“I just left CVS pharmacy in maineville on State route 22/3. We had a miscommunication about the medicine and I ended up taking the wrong one. It turns out my son's doctor had not sent in a refill for the one we actually needed. I expressed to Adam the pharmacist my concern. He listened very carefully with kindness. He made the situation right and was even able to find me an over-the-counter similar product that I could give my son until it gets settled with the doctor's office. Great job CVS!!!”
