Even though I didn’t have an appointment they looked at my tire and he could have said I needed a new tire and charged me over $100 but he plugged the hole and it cost me less than $20. If I didn’t live so far away I would give them all my tire business!”

“I'm from out of state and was on my way back from a concert when my truck became undriveable. I had known there was a small issue with the truck and had that quoted, I'd been saving up to get it fixed. Unfortunately it got exponentially worse. I took it to Roadside and they said they would fix it and keep my vehicle for me till I could get back and pick it up. Just got it home after a long drive and it drives better than ever. Not only did they fix the problem completely, they did it at a quarter of the price I was originally quoted, very honest and integrity filled shop!”
“Good to see he is still in business. Used him twice after receiving shady dealership estimates for A/C repairs. Both times he pointed out to me the fraudulent nature of those estimates and then fixed my cars for literally one tenth of the dealership estimate. Auto A/C is very easy to get screwed on. Your at the mercy of the repair shop. Transmissions are the same. You WILL NOT find a guy anywhere like Mr. Howell. Dad was same way. Unconditionally honest every single time.
