“We are not unhappy with the service we received. Quite the contrary, actually. We are quite pleased. A couple of housekeeping recommendations, though. We went in for a flat repair & were told we would be there 15 minutes. We were there 90 minutes. Fortunately, we weren't in much of a hurry and had grabbed lunch on the way in. Part of the problem wasn't theirs, as they were dealing with a difficult situation with another client. However, when my husband looked into the bay to see what could possibly be taking so long, he saw the technician working on the wrong tire. No wonder he couldn't find a leak. Lol! I'm just glad it was on the side we could see. Once he switched to the correct tire, we were, indeed, out in 15 minutes.”

I contacted Welsh and they said there was a mistake on the listing that the actual mirror in the picture was a hundred and some odd bucks more but they would make it good and they did. The mirror arrived in an very old Lucas box and it was in fantastic condition, a great addition to my ground up restoration.Thanks Tom!!”

This mechanic took the time to get the little kink out, replaced my tire with one of great quality and had me back on the road quickly. I would definitely use their services again!!! Then I got the paperwork for the service I see a list of other things that I don’t need done and the price was $778. They need to quit trying to manufacture more work that’s not needed”

Even though I didn’t have an appointment they looked at my tire and he could have said I needed a new tire and charged me over $100 but he plugged the hole and it cost me less than $20. If I didn’t live so far away I would give them all my tire business!”
