“I've been using Chase Bank 15 + years I have multiple personal accounts, business accounts end credit cards with Chase bank. I've had many interactions with the staff at the Blue Ash location (opening accounts, getting documents notarized etc.) I have always felt welcome here. Dylan and Stella are wonderful. I thought I'd write this review because I just walked in as the doors were being locked and Stella did not hesitate to help me. She did not make me feel the least bit unwelcome nor did she seem annoyed by my last minute entrance. I appreciate them. I'm sure Chase is happy to have such excellent Customer Service Professionals working for them”

“I was here because of some over drafted fee. I wasnt notice that all my bills are drafted on the same day after holiday and got charged for it. I was greeted by Janina, she was very helpful and understanding. She quickly removed my charge and show me some options to prevented future charge. Very please with this location. I been here multiple time and they always treat customer with respect not like some other location I been to.”
