“I was here because of some over drafted fee. I wasnt notice that all my bills are drafted on the same day after holiday and got charged for it. I was greeted by Janina, she was very helpful and understanding. She quickly removed my charge and show me some options to prevented future charge. Very please with this location. I been here multiple time and they always treat customer with respect not like some other location I been to.”
