He quoted a price and stuck to it but also did a few extra things to the car he didn't need to do but did them anyways and made the bumper look good as new. It was also fiberglass which noone works with anymore. He is very down to earth and could tell right away I could trust him and his work. Had the car done in a week. 10000% recommend. “I would like to say I have been bringing my car to this shop for roughly a year now. I am absolutely picky about where I get my car service done because my dad was a mechanic for a long time. We used to do most of our car work in-built in-home shop, but we don’t have access to it anymore. They helped refurbish my Chevy Cruze to near mint condition, pricing is reasonable. Other services are very reasonable for pricing also. Dustin, the other gentleman are very good at communicating. And I would like to give a shout-out to Tom Sora, amazing man and runs his business extremely well. Will take care of your cars and someone I trust very well. Tyler is so adept at what he does that he was able to win battles with my (now former) insurance carrier that I had spent months trying to work out on my own before landing with him. “I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer.I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open.Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows!Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer.I can't thank them enough.”

“It seems inconceivable that Bill R**** (father) and Bill R**** (son) have no reviews of body-shop services they provide since my wife and I have benefited from their repairs at least three times in the past decade, and each time we were very satisfied with the costs and the quality of their work. After scheduling the next repair of my Subaru (after it was struck by a delivery truck while parked on the street, mostly in front of my home) for Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and searching on-line for their address to give to the insurance company covering the repair, I clicked-on the BBB listing and saw that there were no reviews posted, and decided to write one. I can add that their replacement of the driver's door on my 2011 Subaru Outback, which involved reforming the post to which it is attached, was not only perfectly installed and aligned, but to save cost, involved use of a used door which had a solid stripe on the outside surface which, on my request, they removed with all the difficulty they expected it to require, for no extra charge, polishing the door afterward until evidence of its former attachment was indistinguishable. I can attest to their excellent work, their down-to-earth friendly personalities, and their customer care. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work without hesitation.”
