“Very happy! I had 3 rugs I needed taken care of. 2 Persian Tabriz and a third silk Turkish rug. My dog chewed a hole through the corner of one of them and I needed some pretty heavy repair. I was very pleased with the outcome of the repair. The other carpets needed to be cleaned and had many deep stains. They were able to work magic on these rugs! Very happy with this company!”

I immediately received free samples from a mill that had unmatched quality compared to all the other samples that I had received up until that. “So sorry for the folk that say no one answers the phone....Todd on Highland Ave in Norwood answered our call, helped us figure out what we needed, and ours was a strange request. Carpet pad to level our round pool liner. Bing, bang, boom, measurements done, total calculated, email sent to submit payment, pick up goods tomorrow, pool side by Saturday! TODD'S YOU'RE GUY!!!
