“Great antique and vintage store with lots of furniture, decor, sports memorabilia, collectable coins, and a bunch of unique and interesting items. It is large with lots of inventory that is well spaced and walkable. It is also very clean with no dust or musty smells. A very enjoyable place to shop with friendly, helpful staff. To top it all off, you can consign your extra treasures there as well. Easy peasy.Stop by-- you will need at least an hour if not more to get through it all!”
“My first visit to Knit On! was a success! They have such a huge selection here, a whole room of your natural fibers (like wool or cotton) and another room of acrylic and baby yarns. I was amazed at the selection given I am a beginner and have only shopped at Michael's Crafts for yarn. It's clear the yarns are high quality but they have some at every price point which is great. This place is so much better than the big box store where I've had a hard time finding a selection of wool yarn and things like safety eyes. Knit On! had everything I'd ever need for a project and a lot for inspiration too. There were some baby lovey kits and kits for scarves and other fun creations. There are cute pins and jewelry too! I liked how it was all well organized. The proprietor Nancy helped me and was very kind. She showed me where everything is and let me browse as I pleased. She also wound my yarn into a cake/ball for me and let me know they offer knitting lessons if I'd ever like to try! I enjoyed the visit and will definitely return for any special or nice project I want to make.”
“My 5 year old son learned about this place from the YouTube channel “kids toys play” over a year ago. He’s obsessed with Thomas and model trains. I had it in my mind to plan a weekend trip flying from DC at some point. We just did the weekend trip and it was phenomenal. My son spent 6 straight hours there. I am glad it was Sunday and they were only open for 6 hours as my son would have wanted to stay 8 if it was another day. He had a blast in all areas. Great indoor playground, great Thomas memorabilia section, great toy store, a ton of play train tables which he loves and finally, the model train displays are impressive. Also, the place is super clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming. It was well worth the weekend trip.”
“this is the very last place that i know of at least locally that sells, buys, traded, individual pokemon cards. they make fair offers and use tcg player for pricing. some of the employees like the woman that helped me go over and beyond their duties to help myself and my son. I would recommend this little card shop to everyone! I wish there was more of them! next time I go I'll take some pictures. the ones here doesn't do it justice.”

“Love, love, love coming here! We have been here numerous times and each time we discover something new. The grandchildren are enthralled with all the details. Be careful to time your visit when it is not busy, we like to arrive when it opens, so the kids have plenty of time to look at the trains. We always stop at the playground in the middle to let them run a little energy off before finishing up. We will be back!”
“Stopped in yesterday to play some classic arcade games. I was very impressed with how nice the arcade looked. The pinball machines are newer models and they have a good selection of them. I enjoyed playing the Simpsons game and og pacman.The customer service was great as well. The coin mechanism jammed on one of the egg claw machines. The employee immediately came and fixed the coin mechanism. He even gave me a free dollar for an additional play on the machine. He was very nice and seemed like he cared about the customer experience.Overall I really enjoyed my experience at the arcade and I will definitely be regularly coming back in the future.”

“So I have these stamps like many of you do and went directly to Google image and thought "WOW I'M RICH!" (SMH!). So, I decided to contact a stamp collector and sell my stamps and move to Mexico. Until....I contacted Cincinnati Stamp & Coin. Not only was the conversation enjoyable and upbeat l...the guy really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I can not remember his name but he was AMAZING, direct, professional, and had the best phone voice ever. I'm ready to pack up and head on over. Trust me! I'll let you know how it goes.”

“My husband loves craft stores and we are both fans of going to our favorite national stores when we travel to see what is different from our local store. This Michaels felt significantly bigger than the one we have at home and they have self checkout which isn't an option at the Benton Harbor location. I ended up buying stickers and 2 molds originally meant for baking, but I use them for resin projects. Having been home for a bit, both the molds work well for what I needed them for and the stickers work as expected as well. Bathrooms were clean, employees were nice, and store is well organized. Things are well prices as well as most items being on sale and having coupons through the phone app.”
“I recently took my father to Michael's to pick up some specialty paper for his watercolor business. He found what he was looking for and met a new friend/ artist and they exchanged business cards. We drove about 20 minutes to get to this Michael's because it has such a great selection.When my father got home he found out that the paper he purchased was not exactly what he wanted. A couple days later, I drove my father back to Michael's and they allowed him to return the paper with no questions asked. We really appreciate this type of customer service and will continue to drive several miles to shop at this Michaels.Do yourself a favor and visit the Michaels in Westchester, Ohio. He'll be glad you did!”
“While in town visiting. My sister and I went to Michaels for silk flowers for my aunt's grave. My grandma prefers Michael's because their flower selection is unmatched and so is the customer service. SAMMI the wonderful young lady at the register helped us check out. She was so kind and compassionate. She was curious what we needed all these flowers for. She helped us check out an entire cart FULL of flowers, while directing and apologizing to other customers, as she was focused on helping us and assuring the BEST customer service. Sammi wanted to see the outcome of what we made. Nothing will replace the loss of a loved one, but it makes it less painful when you have such wonderful customer service. Michaels should be proud of this young lady and her service to their customers. Thanks again Sammi. We hope to see you later this summer. ?”

“I have had a coin collection since childhood. I no longer wanted it. I inquired about its value. The owner said bring everything in and he would go over everything. I was there about an hour. He was very nice and explained everything as we went. He was very fair. I would recommend him to anyone who has coins that they want to know the value of. He gave me a check on the spot for everything.”
“So other than a couple super specific things that they don’t carry and I wish they would (i.e., metal sectional frames, canvas stretchers, blank stencil sheets, Montana spray paints) they have a great selection for most every crafty project you can think of. I usually go in with a purpose to pick up something or other, and leave with that along with supplies for at least two or three new hobbies.The absolute best kept secret is the “practice/ooops/abandoned/sample sale” frames in the back of the custom framing area (on the wall by the work table and employee work area) - they sell these professionally made custom frames for just $8 apiece *regardless of the size.* While there are no guarantees as to what they’ll have in rotation at any given time, I have picked up some downright massive high-quality frames as well as several matched sets for next to nothing on multiple occasions. The app is a good source of rewards and discounts, especially if you’re an educator, veteran, or first responder. Can also be worth swinging through the kid section for less expensive versions of certain craft supplies.”

“Was going out of town to visit nieces and nephews, got three toys from this store as I had in the past. Came home and heard that the bubble blaster didn’t last a week. My niece called and emailed store with no response even though I had receipt’s. I really want to support local but the store did not stand behind products and I was embarrassed that the toy I bought didn’t last 7 days.Update- stopped in the store after owner replied to my post. Brought receipts in and they sent a replacement out.”
