“I recently went to the Valvoline instant oil change in Blue Ash, Ohio. CSR. Kaitlin, topside Khevin and bottom side. Richard performed in oil change and vehicle check on my daughter's Ford Fiesta. I take all four of my vehicles to this particular Valvoline oil change facility for regular oil changes. I was particularly impressed with the quality service and value for the price that I always get this particular Valvoline Kaitlin and her team were extremely professional and worked well together and I was there. It seems less than 15 minutes and during that time they checked all my fluids. All my lights. My filters change my oil and Khevin even smelled good. My daughter was with me and we could smell this. Very pleasant. Vanilla fragrance that reminded my daughter of one of her favorite fragrances and as it turned out it was being worn by the man that was changing our oil. This particular shop is always very clean and orderly. In spite of the fact that it's a very messy business to be in, it's quite refreshing to see professional people who still maintain a high level of decorum and camaraderie and cleanliness in this type of business. Again, I recently went to the Valvoline instant oil change and was helped by Dylan, the manager and Bill the technician. I initially went there for a full synthetic oil change on my 2006 Honda Civic Coupe that has 400 $345,824 mi on the car. As they were inspecting the car and servicing it, Bill pointed out to me the correct oil level and also showed me the dipstick from my automatic transmission. Bill pointed out it was a little bit low plus it was very dark looking and when it should have been red. Bill educated me on what it should look like and convinced me that I should have my transmission serviced. I took his recommendation and had them pump out my old transmission fluid and replace it with brand new red looking transmission fluid. I'm glad Bill showed me the transmission dipstick and pointed out that the fluid was slightly low and discolored. I also had a postcard from them reminding me that I needed the oil change to begin with and offering a 15% discount. As I pulled out, the car ran great and the transmission felt smoother than before even though I didn't notice any problems with it. I know now that my car has been well serviced by professionals. I actually own five cars and I take all five of them to this particular Valvoline instant oil change. I prefer to drive older, high mileage cars that are paid for and it's because of the good service I get from people like Bill and Dylan at Valvoline instant oil change that my cars are still on the road today.
