“I can never say enough good things about Tim and his team. I have been a customer of his since he opened the shop. He is always fair honest and completely trustworthy. If he says something is wrong or needs to be replaced and what I love about him is that if something does not need fixed he tells you that as well and does not jack up the price. Recently over this Christmas my wife and I were in town visiting as we have moved away from Cincinnati area on the trip here a rattle started unexpectedly on my4Runner which Corey one of the mechanics diagnosed as a heat shield rattling. “I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Overbeck Auto to diagnose issues with my purge valve and engine lights. Daryle and the Overbeck team went above and beyond. They ordered the part my car needed and then waited for the vendor to deliver it. Due to traffic they stayed after hours on a Friday evening to make sure it arrived. As soon as it came in they installed the part, test-drove the car and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
They didn’t charge me for the extra time or the additional parts it took to clear the engine codes. They were reliable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate—I truly felt heard and cared for. It’s rare to find an auto shop like that these days. My wife was so impressed with their service that she even baked cookies for me to bring to them!

“Anytime you need auto repairs go to Christian Brothers. We have had our cars service their and repairs were fantastic. We did not have to return for the same issues again. The 3 year or 36000 mile warranty (which ever comes first) is a great value and they stand by their word. You will be relieved when you take your car there and know it is done right. We had an issue today with the key fob and Jason walked us through to get the car started. We then stopped at the location in West Chester, OH and they literally gave us a new battery for the key fob for free. Who does that now a days? Do yourself a favor and take your car here for any repair so you will have peace of mind. They have a courtesy shuttle to drop you off at work and pick you up if needed. One less thing to worry about.

“Our Nissan Rogue was not accelerating correctly. We took it to our regular mechanic who found nothing wrong (but charged us $87 for labor) and said it could be the transmission ($$$). We took it to Cottman in Batavia and they identified the problem as a burned out fuse. They replaced the fuse and didn't even charge us for checking out the car or the fuse. Highly recommend.”

“We’re from Columbus and went down to kings island for the day. 3/4 of them way there a check charging system light came on and we googled it, and most likely an alternator. Called the two closest shops. First one couldn’t do anything that day. Called xpress and they said bring it in and we will absolutely get you taken care of. Price was reasonable and they made what could’ve been a stressful day about as smooth as can be. Even offered me a ride to and from kings island while they worked on our van. Highly recommend!!”

I had a nail in my tire also but he didn't try to up-sale me on any additional services which i appreciate! The service was also very quick I was in and out in an hour! “Here's We were traveling from Michigan to Ohio when we started having car troubles. Unfortunately, we had to turn back, but the situation became even more stressful when multiple repair shops either overcharged us or refused to help.

“I have to retract the things i said about christian brothers. I spoke with the owner, he made it right with me. The mechanic he had (past tense) was not good fit with his shop. However, the owner is an honest and fair man. I feel bad for the review i left. He is a man of his word and stood behind his shop. I can't say anything bad about this shop. Truly, humbling experience to find an honest person in this day and age.”
