“Dr. Ben is the best! My girls have been under his care since 2020, I trust him implicitly. He treats my dogs as if they were his own, and I know they are safe with him. He managed my senior dog's Cushings disease until she passed in 2022 as an old lady at 15. He's helped my middle fur child transition from youth into her senior years. And he's been along for the ride with my youngest since I got her at 7 weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Ben!”

“My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest. I'm forever grateful to this team and am so grateful he was taken care of here. I can't recommend them enough <3”

“I called around to a lot of Veterinarian offices trying to be seen for my Syrian Hamster and luckily was referred to Misty Vistas Pet Hospital. I was so grateful that she could be seen same day and the vet was great. He gave her the best care for her situation and we are hopeful that the medication and treatment will work. He was honest and also very willing to help to do what he could to try to save her and I appreciate that. I highly recommend for anyone with pets, especially pocket and exotic. The location was nice and easy to get to as well.”

When I was desperate to have my cat, Coco seen, they were the only place that could handle her. she got kicked out of and banned from PetSmart and I had three other vets try to see her but they couldn't handle her. Having knowingly adopted a puppy that started off with significant confidence issues, I knew I was going to need knowledge trainers, that were also extra kind, gentle, patient. Jeff and his incredible staff couldn’t fit this description better! I went from having a puppy who wouldn’t even walk 5 ft on leash due to being so timid to one that enjoys daily walks through the neighborhood, and that learned fantastic obedience and manners during his time in day school!
Training Tracks has become his second family, and I can say without a doubt that not only did he learn the life skills he needed, but he also truly loves the people there. I can’t recommend them enough!!!”

“I was seen by Dr. Russell for my senior kitty, she was very gentle with my kitty, and made sure to walk me through each check she did, and allowed me to visualize what she was feeling/seeing while preforming her exam. She was extremely thorough, and made sure that we covered all of our bases before we finished the appointment! She allowed me to ask questions, and she answered them all as best as she could, which definitely reassured me that the steps I was taking for preventative care were best. She addressed all of my concerns, and then some!! 10/10 visit, and I’m definitely going to recommend others to come here as well!!”

“10/10. I switched over to this clinic to see Dr. Buckner because I was unhappy with my dog's previous vet visits at another clinic in town, and wanted to try a different route. I was extremely pleased after leaving the appointment because Dr. Buckner was gentle, her and her staff took their time with us, asked all the right questions and made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. This was everything I was looking for and I will recommend them over and over again.”
