“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Training Tracks and their amazing trainers! Having knowingly adopted a puppy that started off with significant confidence issues, I knew I was going to need knowledge trainers, that were also extra kind, gentle, patient. Jeff and his incredible staff couldn’t fit this description better! I went from having a puppy who wouldn’t even walk 5 ft on leash due to being so timid to one that enjoys daily walks through the neighborhood, and that learned fantastic obedience and manners during his time in day school!
Training Tracks has become his second family, and I can say without a doubt that not only did he learn the life skills he needed, but he also truly loves the people there. I can’t recommend them enough!!!”
“We love Dr. Johnson and all the vet techs here! My dog loves all of them and we never have to drag him in or coax him. They’re very upfront about everything they’re doing to your pet in realtime with you in the room.”
“This is the best place to take your cat or kitten--from Dr. Baxter to the assistants to every person who answers the phone. Everyone is sincerely kind and caring and want nothing more than the best for your cat or kitten. Dr. Baxter is thorough and knowledgable as a vetrinarian. I drive miles to go to this location. I highly recommend this practice.”
“So grateful.
My elder pug is struggling with more coughing and hacking.
The staff was so understanding, more than any vet I've been to in the past.
They were compassionate & reasonable when assessing treatment options. There was no pressure, just clear information.
If you want a straightforward checkup price, and helpful professionals- this is the place to go.”
“This is by far the best veterinary office we have used for our pets! Everyone was always so welcoming and great with our pets especially Dr. Carter with our lab, Parker. The only reason we no longer go here is we have moved to the east side of town so this is just was a little bit of a hike for us for appointments , but I highly recommend this veterinary office for anyone in the West Chester area!”
“We recently had to ask Banfield for help with end of life care for our precious Daisy. She had a sudden stroke on a weekend when not many other vets were open. The other emergency vet made us wait two hours to see her the night before and then just told us she probsbly had end of life brain tumors and sent us home with palliative medications. We called this location when our girl was in obvious distress and the medications weren't helping her at all and they saw us within ten minutes. The price was reasonable and they were Compassionate, professional, and helped us through the worst decision any pet owner has to make. Thank you very much for your kindness.”
“So, my wife and I had woke up on the 8th of January and we are normally greeted with kisses and cuddles from our little man. He is a 10 year old Morkie. He is our son. We woke up and overnight he was paralyzed from the neck down. We were terrified.
We took him to Noah’s Ark West Chester to see what was going on. Dr. Wilson was the vet that looked a him for the evaluation. It appears our son has IVDD and might never be able to walk again. Dr. Wilson told us we would try some medication (prednisone) and some other medication for pain. After about 2 days, Odin was trying to stand where he couldn’t before.
We are currently at a month and he is walking again. Although very wobbly and he falls down. We are still on strict crate rest except to go potty. But he has improved about 50%.
So thank you Dr. Wilson! What could have easily turned into one of the darkest moments in our life was saved.
We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wilson. And more importantly, we trust him.”
“The staff is all very friendly and professional. They all love our new German shepard puppy. We are looking forward to a long term relationship with them taking care of our new family member. Thank you”
