Tyler had us test drive two CX 5's and explained the differences between the 2 vehicles even after I explained I wasn't buying that day. Later they were also willing to have my mechanic inspect the car before the purchase, when another dealership didn't really want me to take their car to have it checked. “These guys were absolute heroes for me man. I was on a road trip to Milwaukee WI and along the way I got a check engine light which required some pretty big repairs. They not only accepted me as a walk in but also went the extra mile to bust their asses and get my car back on the road the same day. The parts weren't easy to find and it was a time crunch so they very easily could have just told me that I was going to have to find a hotel and leave my car there for the night. Yet, they went the extra mile to fit me in and take care of my car and have me safely back on the road the same day. The team busted their asses and did so with a smile on their face. “He is the most honest mechanic I know in the area. We took our 2015 Silverado in for brakes and he comes in and tells us that our brakes are good and do not need replaced. Most places will do something even though it doesn't need done, we'll not them. They are the most honest. 100% recommended”

“Had an oil change done on my Jeep at Valvoline in Austintown. Upon completing the oil change they informed me that my Jeep had a minor transmission leak and my oil pan was rusty. I called Redlich as my vehicle still being under warranty was covered and they had me bring it in for a road test. The mechanic who road tested the vehicle looked for leaks under it and looked under the hood. They informed me that my Jeep did not have one of the problem transmissions and the transmission was actually manufactured by Mercedes, that there is no leak and that the car would probably rust out before the transmission stopped working. Thanks for saving me time and hassle Redlich!”

“Ordered splash guards for my Legacy and they arrived on a timely manner. Unfortunately, they did not fit. I called the parts department and it was determined I got the wrong ones. I was sent a shipping label to return the parts and they arrive they will send me the right ones. I will owe a small amount for the different parts. All was handled quickly and I am looking forward to the replacement parts.”

If they dont have it they will get it, offer the nearest associate if they can't help. Parking lot on the west corner of Woodrow and Market street at the traffic light in boardman ohio. The store is accessible for anyone! They also have have handicap accessible entrances and exits. If you can't make it there they also offer delivery to professionals (account required). Please stop in and try it out! I have been a very satisfied customer for years. If you stop in tell them mikey p. sent you in.”

“Very honest people. The front desk women were very nice. I had a very smell paint issue where something took off the finish. I thought it would cost over $500. The estimator looked at it, and tried a product that made the car look brand new right in the parking lot. I couldn’t believe it. They definitely could’ve oversold me, but chose to be honest people and I truly appreciate that. The estimator did an amazing and thorough job as well. I will definitely come here again if I ever have any collisions needs after my experience.”
