She answered our questions we had 2 weeks after taking delivery. They both told us to call anytime if we had any questions about how to use the Outback systems. “I took my 2018 f150 to get a level kit and tires put on, 1st time they let me know my struts were leaking prior to install so i was able to get the replaced before instead of having to do the work twice. But once i got it in to have the work done, it not only was done faster than the quoted time, but looked great after the install. “I can not begin to express how amazing they are. We are from VA came to visit my father in law and the battery light comes on, My husband says he believes it's the alternator. I try quickly to find a mechanic near by because we were leaving the very next day. Called Pito's Auto Body (THANK YOU PITO)and he was very honest and said he was unable to fit us in the same day and told us to try Levinson they will do there best to get us in the same day. So we did, they ask us to leave our van there so he can check it but we had no other source of transportation to get back to my father in laws. Sooo they even offered to take us to his home and even pick us up. Who does that!!! We never had ANY mechaniac shop go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Long story short, yes it was the alternator and by 4:30 that evening they had our van all done. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, YOU ARE ALL AMAZING ?”

They sometimes try to upsell, as these places usually do, but they don't do crap like leaving the cap off the oil when you drive away, which these types of places are also sometimes famous for.Nice guys, reasonably priced, and they get you in & out with no BS. “I have been looking for another trustworthy exhaust shop in the area and i gave this place a try based on a word of mouth referral .., I dropped off my little S10 in the morning and just after lunch it was done with new exhaust from front to back , price was very reasonable , its good to see whoever welds the pipe actually knows how to use a welder as i have been disappointed by a lot of shops in the past , they hung everything up nicely and the truck is as quiet as a mouse , very pleased , will be back for sure ! these guys are straight forward , go getters , and the price reflected the quote i was given with no surprises .”

“Had our van towed to John for an electrical problem. Van would not start and a bunch of weird things were happening. John put the van on the lift and tested all components related to the problem. He could not pinpoint the problem and said the van had to go to the dealer for further diagnosis. John spent a good 45 minutes troubleshooting and did not charge. Great to see an honest mechanic, and he will be getting all of our business in the future.Service: Electrical”
