Every time try to log in they don't recognize me. Been going on for years. Ready to go to another bank after 20;years

This is the first time here in 20 years becuase I've been in a nursing home and had family would go for me. Well today
I went in and it changed a little but looked nice. The Manager helped me in and out of the door.
The teller was fast and nice and everything was great. I'm glad for them being helping me.

The people are nice. But you need to plan on at least 30-45 minutes to do a simple deposit. SOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW.
