“After my first visit to a Sams Club today @ (~11am) I feel like I may have made a mistake, probably should have went with Costco. When I finished shopping today and was leaving the lady at the door was nowhere to be seen, she definitely was not at the door so I didn’t see her. When she seen that I was going for the exit she rushed over and stopped me. My wife explained we were new customers and she rolled her eyes at her. I nearly went back in to return everything but my wife didn’t want me to make a scene. Your employees should understand that we have options, and should treat customers like their job depends on it, because it does.

“Update: Just had a new set of tires installed on one of our other cars, and the service was excellent once again. Communication was clear, the car was ready right on time, and the new Michelin tires are performing great—especially in the snow. Highly recommend not only for their service but also their knowledge and willingness to answer questions.

We had a set of tires put on our Honda several months ago and had an excellent experience. I also love that they offer the option of nitrogen for the tires.

Recently, a family member was told by a dealership that her tires needed to be replaced because the inside tread was supposedly bare — even though the tires only had 19,000 miles on them. The dealership quoted nearly $1,000 for replacements. We brought the car here for a second opinion, and thankfully, the tires were in great shape and didn’t need replacing at all.

So grateful for this honest, fast, and friendly team! They took the time to answer all our questions — highly recommend!”

“It takes some trying to like the technician at 20/20, but after a while I realized she was very focused and did a solid, professional evaluation...often beyond normal...like taking photos behind my eyes. Pretty cool. The info was forwarded electronically (or shared) with an optometrist who reviewed it, then we discussed it remotely over live video, she wrote the prescription, and showed me some micrographs of my eyes, stating all looked good. I was skeptical at first, but I think it's brilliant. It was a really solid evaluation. A lot of these reviews refer to the optical (glasses) department. I'll give it a 5, barely, due to the tech being a bit hard. BUT she was good.”
