CVS is recognized for its dedicated and helpful staff, particularly in the pharmacy. Customers have praised employees like Mango and John for their exceptional assistance with prescriptions. However, there have been some negative experiences, such as an incident involving a new staff member who was perceived as rude to a hard of hearing elderly customer. Despite occasional challenges, the team generally strives to provide good service, even when feeling overworked. Customers appreciate the support they receive, especially when dealing with sensitive issues like legal name changes, as John has been effective in addressing miscommunications. Additionally, first-time shoppers have found the staff helpful in navigating purchases and setting up CVS rewards accounts. Overall, CVS is seen as a supportive place, though there are areas for improvement in customer interactions.
The self checkout never takes my coupons and it’s always horribly understaffed. Well stocked though!!

The people inside working the pharmacy are great. I appreciate them. However, their app needs to step into this millennium. It's worthless. Their pricing sucks as well.

CVS regularly advertises BOGO; but when you get there, there's only one on the shelf.
