Jenna who checked me out was VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. She cared more about how many people where in line behind me then helping me check out and the questions I had. I was so upset that I didn't even feel comfortable asking the questions I had. Your pharmacy is incompetent and can't fill prescription like they should. They tell you one thing then turn around and do or say another. I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy! If my insurance didn't force me to use CVS I would not.

If you're in a rush, I would not recommend this location, especially with the drive-in pharmacy. There's always a wait when I come, and the employees, while friendly, seem to forget to watch the window at times. There are two lanes for the drive-thru, but I personally only trust the window. I've heard at the tube station, sometimes the clipboard can get stuck in there, and the process gets a lot more complicated.This location is also hard to transfer prescriptions at. I've heard numerous horror stories about necessary medications getting delayed at this location and pharmacists giving out misinformation about when things will become available. Luckily, the app does seem to be up to date and accurate most of the time.

Racist establishment. There were many people in the store, me and my boyfriend being the only people of color, and the very rude worker followed only us around the entire time. Then when we got to the counter (she followed us there) accused my boyfriend of stealing and forced him to remove all the contents from his personal tote bag. When eventually realizing he didn’t steal anything after embarrassing him in front of several people at the store, she didn’t even apologize. Will not be going back again!

A very obtuse group of individuals work in the pharmacy. The auto system sent a text I had an Rx ready. Call and told them that the auto refill scripts should not be refilled as my Rx insurance had changed, and I didn't have new insurance card's yet. Now the auto system is telling me I have more Rx's than can be refilled. Now I have my new Rx card and go to the pharmacy, I also have an Rx bottle in my pocket, first thing I tell them is the Rx I have in my pocket needs to be canceled as MD has changed the strength of this Rx. Then I gave them my new Rx card and told them I had more Rx to be filled, so go ahead and fill those too. Now, they want to know what I want refilled. I say I wasn't sure as the information I had was from their auto system ( I had like 4 active Rx pryor to 3 more being added about 90 days before) of which the one I told them to cancel was one. Now they tell me I have multiple pages of Rx's in their system. I said how many are active as I only have about 7 active Rx's with them. So I remember the name of one other of Rx's and low and behold 4 Rx's pop up for refill, including the one I just told them to cancel. So they refilled all of them, including the cancel one. And then they messed up putting the Rx's through my insurance, and I was overcharged on my Co-pays, too.

CVS is a great place to have your Pharmacy and the store is clean and accurate. The people are great, friendly and helpful! Thank you CVS!

I'm writing this as a public service to any future potential patients of CVS. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. i overhead them say some very rude and disconcerting remarks about the customers in the drive through. They were busy and I supposed backed up on filling scripts, but when i dropped off i was told it would be ready an hour from then. came back and was told to come back tomorrow by another staff member who kept saying they got slammed and she had no clue really when it would be ready. I understand things get busy. what would have been better is to be told a realistic time it would be ready from the get go. I had major surgery and was in a lot of pain. my script was only a dozen tablets with no refills. usually there is protocol when a patient has been through a surgery and is expected to have quite a lot of pain, that they can take 5 mins to count the tablets into the bottle and issue it the same day. but nope. all i heard was excuses from unprofessional staff that behaved like bratty kids to be frank. I will go to any other pharmacy but this one in the future. Only went because it was closest to my house.

A lot of the employees are very mean and lack even a hint of decent customer service. I understand having bad days and being frustrated as an employee dealing with the public, but it’s not just a one time thing. Almost every time we go to pick up our prescriptions, they are rude.

Tried to call in a script today for a patient. Voicemail hung up on me twice. Third call I asked to leave a prescription, and the attendant told me I would wait 30 minutes on hold to leave a prescription. When I said "forget it, I'll use another pharmacy" he said "All right, cool!"

This CVS is horrible! I switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy because they took 3 days to fill them. When I called to see why they weren't filled, they were either very rude to me or hung up on me. This is unacceptable!

staff treat you with an attitude, like an inconvenience for having to take medicine. lines are always long, they refuse to give you information about your prescriptions. had to finally have my doctor call them to find out my meds were out of stock and thats why they were 4 days late. 4 days without my medication has health consequences for me, and all they could say to me is “wait for your text”

Customer service is great, but getting a prescription here is a nightmare. Multiple times they've told me and my partner they'd have prescriptions ready by a certain time only to discover they never even had them working, and told me that they'd get in touch with the appropriate doctors to order refills just to say that it was MY responsibility to do so once I got to the drive thru. The people that work here are great and helpful, but the system used for ordering and refilling the medication I need sucks.

Ridiculous here. They make you wait in a long line, get to the window, and they literally will not look to see of rx is in, and I was told to go into the "other" drive thru window ....2 feet away from me. Sorry, after waiting in this very long line, just to ask if my rx is in, and she refuses to punch a few keys on her computer to check......pure laziness! Unacceptable!
