Key has been my bank for 20 years, the bank is clean, the team members are always friendly and professional, service is quick and if you ever need to call the number on the back of your card, you'll talk to a real person on this continent.

Terrible. Stupid employees. Does anyone know how to actually do their job?? I guess not.

Didn’t think it was possible to be worse than 5/3 bank, but Key banks has taken the prize. I’m too lazy to articulate the issues I experienced. Suffice it to say, these two banks are sure to disappoint!
