I would give them no stars if I could. been a customer for 2 years, I came into some hard times, I literally asked them for an extra week after I received a shut off notice, it was only a week. They said no and that they don't do that, they had no desire to help or offer any ideas but instead they proceeded to end the conversation quick, just like if someone were to hang up on you mid sentence. This was through this app here, so I called them instead, same kind of attitude no less. I highly recommend buckeye broadband amazing and great staff.

My Spectrum internet bill has gone up from $45 to $90 over the past couple years. Online it shows plans start at $30 but in store today they told me their cheapest plan was $70 for 1 gig internet. I don’t need that fast of speed but they said they don’t offer anything smaller, which I think was a lie. Online they have slower speed internet for cheaper but they wouldn’t give me it. I cancelled my services. I would rather not have WiFi than give them any more of my money. I will be getting a new internet provider.

Their product is great but their service is awful! Time and time again the prices have gone up significantly with no notice. Thankfully we are moving to an area that has better service, and from what I’ve heard from friends, better customer service. Their online support it absolute garbage where you are directed to choose “business positive” sounding issues rather than actual issues that customers are having. I’m sad to leave the reliable internet but happy to leave the “help” that was never received.

Slowest service ever. Lobby is full and there is no sense of urgency at all. One gentleman with customers and other girl standing at desk doing nothing.

They screwed me out of $720 and claim it’s my fault and told me to touch grass. They signed me up for services and they didn’t explain it to me. They called me 11 times in 3 hours and tech support said there’s nothing they can do.

When you try to call billing multiple times to cancel a bill and CONTINUOUSLY get hung up on and now you’re being told you have to pay this bill when you were calling MANY TIMES to cancel! They don’t care about moms with young children and they will give you the run around!!

Very disappointed with Spectrum. Left Spectrum for AT&T Fiber because Spectrum Internet service in my neighborhood was consistently having outages. Not only has Spectrum been calling my phone like a crazy ex trying to get me back, but I just got my last bill. Out of the last 30 day billing cycle I only had service with them 9 days before I canceled and I am being charged for the full 30 days. No proration and not a single agent I spoke with informed me of this. I deserve a prorated refund.

Spectrum is WILD (!!!) - this company needs to be shut down. If you go down the rabbit hole with these guys... have fun! It took me 3 hours with 4 different India call centers (losing my mind) to get out of their grasp! They pretend not to speak English, make circular sales pitches, essentially drive you insane. Wow. Shameful.
