Went in to switch to Spectrum mobile and Hannah was amazing! She was very helpful in making the switch. The entire staff in the store was friendly.

When I was in the Store, a black guy was making fun of someone. Not professional behavior. The wait time is far too much, as they only have 3 employees. More to come.

Spectrum is the worst internet provider there is. Don’t even bother. They overcharge for all their services. I consistently have problems with my internet speeds or them having outages. Completely not worth it.The only reason I’m giving one star is that I can’t give zero. Do not get Internet through spectrum.
