I want to mention the apparent competence of the unseen and thus unidentified mechanics who've done excellent work over the years on my automobile (that is now a senior citizen like me), but I especially want to praise the front-line guys with whom I speak to make my appointment and who discuss with me and coordinate my car's inspection and work to be performed. “I was 27 around 1980 when we moved to BG with old tires on everything we drove. Everyone told me to go to Specks for a tire repair and that was the day I met Bruce and Terry. Best experience of my life. Like family.
Money is now scarce again in my 70's so back to Specks for a repair.
I sat in the waiting room by myself and heard Bruce talking to customers in person and on the phone just like they were family.....just like back in 1980 when I first visited Specks Tire.
I did start to tear up seeing how much the three of us have aged in almost 50 years. Come on..we have!!.. ha.
So my review of Specks Tires is this business is the best place for Tire Sales and Service. Thanks for the memories Terry and Bruce and I will be back soon.”
