I feel like Wrights staff had listened, communicated, and was friendly. I've had a history with dealership places with my Durango and I recommend Wrights over them. From front desk, office manager, mechanic, and the 2 tow truck drivers that took me home so I wasn't waiting in the lobby... they all were great.
