I have had much better experiences at the Maumee location. The manager of the BG location could not be bothered to remove himself from his stool to assist his employee and instead tried to talk across the room. His attitude was dismissive and rude.

Having to go in to Verizon has always been a pain. However I need to compliment Bowling Greens store. They had me in and out with a new phone set up in about 50 mins. My phone was broken and was going from my prepaid account to a postpaid on to my husbands account. My phone could only be accessed for 2 seconds before going dark so couldn’t access codes and things I needed. They navigated it like a pro and had me in and out in a reasonable time for all they had to deal with! Kudos!

Only bad thing about Verizon is they tell you your bill will only go up some and you pay 289. While your there plus extra. Then you get your monthly bill and it's over double then what they said. How can you pay all that for a phone!?

Josh was great!!!! Very patient and helpful while setting up and transferring our information from our old phones to our new phones. I am not very good with new technology and he answered all my stupid questions. Josh if you are reading this review you know you did a very good job and I am learning how to use my new phone easily. Thank You so much. We will return to this store again!

I had an issue with my phone activation and Todd was extremely helpful. They went the extra mile in making sure my issue was resolved and helped me understand the process. Can only hope all store managers are as helpful and dedicated to excellent customer service!

Brought in two new devices bought direct from manufacture to swap on existing account. Agent greeted me, brought me to a table to discuss the process. They retrieved SIMs for the new and began activating the new. As they were activating, they reviewed my account and informed me of a way to save money by way of auto pay, something that I thought I had set up, but found it was not set up to meet the discount requirements. After the phones activated, I was gone. Associating new SIMs to devices, activating, review account savings and out the door in about 15mins.This is a VZW store, this is NOT a reseller store. I highly recommend working directly with VZW employees as they are more invested in the company they work for directly rather than a reseller who is not.

Went about my business account and spoke to Chloe (who is the manager sadly to say)instead of listening to what we had to say and what was wrong she was more about how there was no problem and if there is she isn't able to help. When I told her I see why you have a 3.6 star rating. She said " have a nice day " and walked away. This is someone who shouldn't be in customer service. Or need more training on how to help your customers.
