Only bad thing about Verizon is they tell you your bill will only go up some and you pay 289. While your there plus extra. Then you get your monthly bill and it's over double then what they said. How can you pay all that for a phone!?

I had an issue with my phone activation and Todd was extremely helpful. They went the extra mile in making sure my issue was resolved and helped me understand the process. Can only hope all store managers are as helpful and dedicated to excellent customer service!

The sales guy told us we would get $800 trade in for a phone we were switching from AT&T to Verizon, and we only got $400. I asked him 4 times. Not very happy.
