We requested my son’s car be towed to our home after an accident - the driver said they couldn’t and had to tow it to the lot. I have no issues with the initial fee to tow the car after an Emergency call / accident. What I do have issues with is that the car was towed to their lot the just before midnight on Saturday. They then towed it to our home around 10:30 AM on Monday. They charged us for 3 days of lot fees AND additional charges to tow to our home! They had the car for approximately 36 hours and charged us for 3 days - and then for additional towing fees to take it to the place we requested it to be towed to begin with. Completely unethical grab for money.

Had my vintage automobile towed here for service. Thought I was getting decent service and feedback on what needed to be done. Found out someone there allowed a 3rd party - who was unknown to me - some sort of access to my vehicle, discussed the repairs and estimate of remaining work to be done. If this was not bad enough, they gave this person my private cell phone number. This led to a lot of unwanted messages. I found it to be very unprofessional.

Does not show up on time and takes forever to respond. Does not do their job. Illegally tows cars from parking lots they’re not allowed to tow from. Workers are super rude and do not respect your time. Horrible service, do not use.

On here it says that they are open 24 hours. This is partially true. They close at 5 but will still release your vehicle for a 27 dollar fee. This is ridiculous.

I locked my keys in my car yesterday and Brock came out and opened my car very quickly. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He is definitely a great asset to Wright Tire & Auto!
Thank you Brock for getting me safely on my way again!

They towed our car from the apartment complex where I was visiting my 95 year old father and we were charged $180 to get our car back. NOT HAPPY.

I needed the tire plugged and was in a hurry . When I got to the shop the ladies in the Office were great ! Got the work done almost immediately plugged tire , swapped out spare and got me on my way . Excellent Job taking care of an out of towner . Thank you guys so much .

we use them for our fleet vehicles. seem to be always willing to take the work, and fast turn around. I’ve also used them for personal work as well. they’re usually priced fairly, and don’t mind if you bring in your own parts. The office staff are usually pretty nice, watch out for that one little girl, though, she’s kind of a weirdo.

Definitely one of the nicer shops in town.
They get a bad rap because they also do the towing in town. Like when someone parks illegally in front of business etc.
But as a repair service they deserve a way higher star rating.
My story is; I had them do my U joints.
I was burned out working on my truck after doing tons of stuff to it the last 2 months. For once I just wanted to have someone else do it.
Straight forward, no nonsense, job was done really fast. The repair was less than I thought it'd be. Very very fair pricing. I looked under the truck and their work is solid.
I know what that job entails and how much time etc.
They were spot on, no gouging, no bullshit.

Oh my god oh my god shakedown, shakedown no other words , these people are total crooks, please I beg all semi trucks & heavy equipment drivers don’t ever contact this tow company , once I receive the invoice I’ll come & post, the company driver blew drive tire 7/30/25 in Ohio on route us 20 ,he claimed it cause him to jack knife going through the S curve, on coming driver stuck his driver axle( thank god her & the children are safe)per the Ohio state police statement, they’re contracted with Wright,I had options who I could use to tow my,$720 an hour ,wow.My truck is an ugly duckling, with full coverage insurance that the police verified,Wright towing didn’t believe me, so they towed menards trailer that wasn’t involved at all in the accident for collateral ,from Wednesday til Monday $7200 , they dispatched trucks that didn’t get used & still put the charge on the bill, please stay clear, I’ll post my receipt tomorrow, stay clear

Recently had a flat on I-75. Troopers got there first and actually fixed my tire, but the tow truck driver from Wright Tire didn’t give up on me. He called until I answered and it turned out I still needed help and he was there! The customer service here is top notch if you ask me. I will be telling my friends who have college kids in the area!! Thanks again guys.
