“Had to use the drive thru to do my banking prior to having surgery. The teller was so nice, friendly and very helpful. We chatted briefly about my upcoming surgery and she wished me well. A few days after surgery while sorting my mail, I found that the teller had sent me a card signed by all the employees at the branch! What a pleasant and much needed surprise!
