“This is Not my home branch that I usually use. I stopped here one day to make a withdrawal. I mentioned to the teller that My account received some fees that I did not understand. They immediately Refunded the fees, gave me an explanation of why I received them, and then change my accounts around so they were better suited towards my needs, and that I didn’t get hit with the fees any longer. Very glad I stopped in at this branch. I thank Ryan and Jenn for their help.”

“Just wanted to edit and post a whole new perspective about Dollar Bank with regards to handling my recent request about an overdraft fee. Sent a mail to customer service through their website explaining the situation that caused the same. The branch service department responded within an hr. and reversed the fee. The fact that they were happy to do so made me realize they really understood the situation and were ready to help anyway they can. I am sure they have had so many happy customers over the years and wish them the same for the years to come!!”

“Walked in unnanounced a few months back looking for a bank for my business. The staff was very friendly. There was a bearded guy I talked to first and then the branch manager. Both very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and have very nice business options. I found another bank closer to my business that was better suited. However, they left a mark, and I figured that even after all this time they deserve my very first 5 star review. Young girls at front are nice as well. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. There were three of them, all smiling. I didint get to talk to any of them but as I quietly sat there I could tell they were great with clients. They were laughing and having a good time with one of their clients. It was a good atmosphere and nice to hear laughter in a bank.
Whatever it is you are doing, keep on doing it. It felt differemt, but it was great. I look forward in doing business with Keybank in the near future. At least at this branch. 😎”

“Today is Thursday, 07/30/26, I went into the bank to TCB. The line was long.. the tellers were busy, and I was patiently observing! Ashley was busy with a special kind of customer- who was pressing ALL of her buttons! He was at her station for a very long time- even before I came in! Ashley remained professional the whole while! “I’m giving this branch four stars with a mixed heart. My father banks at this branch and is 88 yrs old. Last week he went in because he was the victim of a phone scam. He tried to withdraw $5000 Cash from his account, and the teller would not allow it, and after she questioned him further, she told him it was a scam. So I do appreciate the training that these tellers have received about older people being scammed. I have had dealings with this branch and bank in the past couple years in regards to my dad’s account, and those experiences has been less than helpful at those times. But for this particular transaction that my dad was denied, I am most grateful. Thank you.”
