“This is Not my home branch that I usually use. I stopped here one day to make a withdrawal. I mentioned to the teller that My account received some fees that I did not understand. They immediately Refunded the fees, gave me an explanation of why I received them, and then change my accounts around so they were better suited towards my needs, and that I didn’t get hit with the fees any longer. Very glad I stopped in at this branch. I thank Ryan and Jenn for their help.”

“Just wanted to edit and post a whole new perspective about Dollar Bank with regards to handling my recent request about an overdraft fee. Sent a mail to customer service through their website explaining the situation that caused the same. The branch service department responded within an hr. and reversed the fee. The fact that they were happy to do so made me realize they really understood the situation and were ready to help anyway they can. I am sure they have had so many happy customers over the years and wish them the same for the years to come!!”

“I’m giving this branch four stars with a mixed heart. My father banks at this branch and is 88 yrs old. Last week he went in because he was the victim of a phone scam. He tried to withdraw $5000 Cash from his account, and the teller would not allow it, and after she questioned him further, she told him it was a scam. So I do appreciate the training that these tellers have received about older people being scammed. I have had dealings with this branch and bank in the past couple years in regards to my dad’s account, and those experiences has been less than helpful at those times. But for this particular transaction that my dad was denied, I am most grateful. Thank you.”
“I’m No Longer A Chase Bank Customer, but Yolanda Was Beyond Helpful Today. I Had Issues With Another Location Over The Weekend With Trying To Get My Funds Out Of My Account, and My Experience With Yolanda Was Excellent.
