I spent a long time looking for where to take my car as the places Statefarm recommended didn’t have good reviews !!! Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. They may be booked out a little bit but the wait is WELL worth it to know you got your car back exactly how it’s supposed to be. No mistakes. No mishaps. A perfect good as new car. Not only that I had smaller issues with a mirror I broke on my parents car and they have been incredible at helping me with that. I run a pet sitting company (Wags and Kisses Pet Care) and have a recommendation page for local services. It’s typically other pet services I recommend like local trainers but Radar Collision is good enough I need to add them to the list. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”
“I had bought tires/rims from Rimtyme months ago but I didn’t want to put them on yet, because it was about that time of year we’re the city is putting down salt on the roads, and I didn’t want it to ruin my new rims so I decided to wait till spring put them on. Fast forward till today I went back to see if they could put on the tires for me , and when one the managers looked up the time when I bought rims from them all that time ago he said he can put them on my car tomorrow for free! I really appreciate it them for it.”
“Called ahead to see if they had a used tire for my suv (rare, outdated size) and they did! But only one, so I rushed over and when they got to work on it - they discovered an issue with the tire they had. They quickly let me know about the issue and someone on the staff went to another location and picked up another one and the same size from another location brought it back and finished the job. The tire they put on was better quality than the one they were going to at first and they didn’t even charge me extra! Super nice guys and super grateful they were able to help me out. 1000000% recommend!”

“Chose my tires online based upon prior knowledge. I ordered the tires. I was informed via online about the shipping status of my tires. I was called about my tires arriving before my intended appointment. I arrived on my scheduled appointment day. I was greeted, we got the miles off the vehicle. I was told how long my expected wait should be. I grabbed a coffee and did some paperwork while I waited. I was able to observe the progress through the large glass windows. I noticed the tires being installed were not the tires I ordered. They corrected the issue after verifying. I had them check and repair the alignment while I was at the shop.
