Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”
“Called ahead to see if they had a used tire for my suv (rare, outdated size) and they did! But only one, so I rushed over and when they got to work on it - they discovered an issue with the tire they had. They quickly let me know about the issue and someone on the staff went to another location and picked up another one and the same size from another location brought it back and finished the job. The tire they put on was better quality than the one they were going to at first and they didn’t even charge me extra! Super nice guys and super grateful they were able to help me out. 1000000% recommend!”

In my case I needed to replace wheels and I was provided a few price point options. Wheel Medic then took the time to order what I requested. Install was quick to schedule and an easy wait. Not only did Wayne's auto diagnose my issue accurately, but from the time I dropped it off until the time it was done, was less than 24 hours. I realize that can't always be the case, but I can't deny that these guys made me a priority. Efficiency matters, and their willingness and ability to get my issues diagnosed and repaired quickly, meant that I was able to get back to normal life. (And stop paying rental car fees)

“The only place I'll have my alignments done. I've got different shops to tell me that alignment isn't possible on my vehicles due to suspension damage without telling me which part of my suspension is damaged. Tire Tech staff are true professionals and know what they're doing. Same cars are 100% aligned and drive straight with no issues when the alignment service is done here. Some places have well-known names and are big franchises but lack smart techs. Tire Tech and Auto Services is the only place I'll use for all my tire and alignment needs.

“Getting tires is mundane; it shouldn't be amazing, it should be....meh. But if you have a vehicle, eventually you will need tires. Discount Tire makes getting tires as exciting as it gets...which is still not that exciting......but seeing them work is very impressive.....like an assembly line. “A breath of fresh air. A repair shop where I can talk to honest, smart people who actually care about your car as much as you do. I had several issues that turned my car into a trombone. I stopped in first to check if they were extra busy, then they had it all done in the same day, like new! Don’t expect freebies, it is a business. “Chose my tires online based upon prior knowledge. I ordered the tires. I was informed via online about the shipping status of my tires. I was called about my tires arriving before my intended appointment. I arrived on my scheduled appointment day. I was greeted, we got the miles off the vehicle. I was told how long my expected wait should be. I grabbed a coffee and did some paperwork while I waited. I was able to observe the progress through the large glass windows. I noticed the tires being installed were not the tires I ordered. They corrected the issue after verifying. I had them check and repair the alignment while I was at the shop. Everyone that I interacted with was fairly pleasant.”
