“I ordered Crystal Geyser for Pickup. When I entered the store, the Associate directed me to the Furniture department after telling her I had a Pickup order. When I arrived at Furniture, Amanda greeted me with a smile and excellent eye contact. She asked how I was doing and offered help. I told her I ordered some water for Pickup. She asked my name and said she had the order ready for me. Within seconds, Amanda brought a shopping cart with my water order from the back. She ensured I was satisfied with the order, thanked me, and wished me a great Sunday afternoon. I was extremely satisfied with Amanda's excellent customer service, kindness, and professionalism.
