“This harbor freight, in St Clairsville, stands out above the rest, imo. I like all harbor freight stores because you can find all kinds of things at a reasonable price. However, I love the staff, the organization, and the cleanliness of this store. Right down to the restrooms.!”

“The staff super helpful walked in to purchase 2 new fuses and walked out like less than 5 mins that's how quick the service was I showed them the fuse I needed the gentleman walked back grabbed 2 for me and the other gentleman checked me out I also liked the fact I wasn't looking for a parking place that's why I love shopping at a small town hardware store its local and has been in business as long as I can remember and I'm in my 40's I will continue to shop and reccomend this place always a positive experience”

“Very postive experience at Rural King. I had a complicated order where I purchased a gun safe, and I couldn't fit it in my sedan. So they allowed me to keep my already-purchased gun safe at the store until i could bring my truck a week later and pick it up. They were very nice and friendly, and even offered to lift the gun safe in my truck. They did a fantastic job, I was blown away with how great the customer service was. Good work!”

“Went here for a quick fix bungee for my bike. Knowing they don’t mess with dirt bikes it was still worth a shot. Told the guy what I needed it for, he threw me a strap and told me to hit the trail. Doesn’t sound like much, but, most people or places wouldn’t even bother to help. Saved my day to go ride. That gesture alone is enough for me to keep supporting them. Not to mention it’s where I get my VP!”
“I love this store, it reminds me of the good old days. As soon as I entered, everyone said Hi and asked me if I needed help finding something. The store is small but, they have alot of different things and I not kidding. If you need something for your house and you are tired of putting up with long lines and not being able to find someone to help you, check out this store. This store isn't big but, it's big on politeness, convenience, cleanliness and variety. That's 5 stars for me!”

“Honestly what is there not to like about a garden center lol Lowe's garden center is rather large You are going to find I would say anything you're looking for outdoor furniture, landscape fountains ponds mulch landscape pavers stone indoor outdoor plants and shrubbery outdoor fireplaces and even pool supplies. Prices are reasonable and there's always a sale.”

In addition to their two convenient locations (Bellaire and Cambridge), their already large diverse inventory continues to grow along with over 1,000 pieces of Equipment Rental from small homeowner tools to massive rock trucks used in the mining industry. “The five stars are for the kids building class on Saturdays once a month. Narissa is great with the kids and could have her own kids activities show, (she's that GOOD). it's nice Lowe's provides the supplies and awards the kids with badges for projects they build. My daughter loves it!”
“Before I posted this I read different reviews and there was one I couldn’t disagree with more about customer service and the managers there. So first I just closed on a house so I’m in there a lot at least 3-4 days a week. The girls at customer customer are always polite when I go there always help to the best of their abilities and are so nice as well as the cashiers at the checkouts, I’ve also had multiple managers help me such as Rachel and Isaiah. Rachel helped me buy appliances for my house got me set up for delivery and everything was so polite and told me everything I needed to know about the products I bought got me an extended warranty was really a great manager. Isaiah knows me by name and always comes up to me and says hi and chats with me about what projects I’m working on. He’s polite, respectful, helpful and for being young He knows how to be a manager and knows his stuff. He has always helped me with questions about products I get and when I place online orders he helps me with those. I use a motorized cart as I can’t walk very much and he’s walked the store with me carrying large items I couldn’t fit in my cart and also helps me load in my car. Anybody who goes to this store and doesn’t talk to the cashiers, or Rachel or Isaiah is missing out they will make your experience so much better. Thank you St.Clairsville for having great associates and managers represent you.”

“Came here for the first time because I won a gun at a bash. First thing to note is they are open Saturdays 9 to 5. They're website says they're closed weekends but that's just their online store. The second thing to note is that they are also a hardware store. That worked out super for me because I got a gift card for my gun and turned around and purchased lawn equirement!”
