This place sucks. It never delivers where it is supposed to. There is literally almost no way possible to get a hold of customer service. The drivers have been known to steal your items and claim that your item(s) were dropped off at your location. Absolutely horrible experiences with this company!

The absolute worst shipping company ever. I had two different packages delivered a day apart. First one was delivered after 11pm with no issues. The second package never came. Lasership claimed that they attempted to deliver the package. Contacted customer service where package came from and got it switched over to UPS.

Every time I receive a package from this company there are always large poke holes in my bags!! Like someone is trying to look in it to see what’s in my packages!! I don’t trust these people at all!!!!! I wish Shein and Temu would choose someone else to deliver !! I would much rather have UPS dropping them off!!!
