I told him I needed to make sure I could track a letter going to South Carolina and get a return receipt. He gave me the proper documents to fill out and assisted me. Russ did an excellent job of providing customer service. I was in and out of the location within 5 minutes. I recommend Russ and this USPS location to family and friends.”
