“Richie did an absolutely amazing job on my cargo van. He did the Undercoating and installed new premium grade shocks all around. On top of all that he painted my bumper, fixed my tire sensors, greased up the brakes and took care of all the undercarriage rust.
My van drives so smooth now, and stops like it should. He truly went above and beyond. I believe it's safe to say that he is one of the very best in Northeast Ohio. I will use his services until I retire. Thanks again for another job well done!!

“Had just bought a new to me car. There was a part of the inner fender well dragging underneath. I called to see if they could take care of it on my lunch which they said they would take a look. I pulled in was maybe there 15 minutes told me I was done and asked what the damage was expected to pay something and they told me no charge it was a quick fix have a good day. They were very friendly and courteous especially when I saw a elderly woman who was worried about her car and the price and the gentleman at the desk explained everything her very simply and plainly without a lot of mumbo junbo and she was relieved. I will definitely go for anything else I may need in the future.”

They got me the price i wanted with a 5 year warranty and made sure to detail it and get some parts ordered for little things that needed fixed before i left. The process was as quick as it could be and everybody is extremely nice there!”

“Discovered this place on my way to get an Ohio E-Check. I bought a tundra and was looking for a place to put a 3/1 suspension lift on it for a good price. Drove by and saw their sign. Called them up and had a great conversation with lou. He took care of it perfectly! Not only that, but he works on all kinds of machines. I have a dirt bike and an old racing quad with a two stroke, as well as 1973 Toyota fj40 with some electrical issues. It was a one stop shop/discovery for me!! “I have been looking for cars for three months. The cars that I’ve been looking for were not just Cadillacs, but other models and makes. I visited two Cadillac dealerships and Cole Valley was my third. I will have to say it was such a low pressure, low-key and down home feel dealership that made me feel so comfortable as well as my wife. A dealership doesn’t have to be busy with so many people running around trying to close a deal. I loved this dealership because it was nice and quiet when you walked in and you didn’t feel like am I going to be the next customer? This family owned dealership has been in business since 1914 and I will tell you please give them a chance and you will not regret it. “They listen to your concerns and provide friendly service. They replaced plugs, wires, distributor rotor/cap, and repaired a severed wire to my engine temp sensor on my 1993 Ford e-350 RV. They also test drove it to diagnose an early shift of my transmission. 3hrs labor at $356. Parts were cheap, perhaps too cheap...guess time will tell. I'd visit again, especially given that it is difficult to find a shop to work on a RV.”

“What a wonderful group of people at Red's Auto Glass! I called the Howland office and she treated me like family. Her uncle was Red. They are so friendly. I called to get my windshield replaced. She checked a few different carriers to get me the best price. The next day they picked up my car and had it back to me a few hours later looking amazing. They actually put a new mirror on since mine had been glued on and no extra charge. We have used Red's before to repair screens and fix old windows. Always a great experience!
