Bike Authority is an honest and great quality bike shop offering outstanding customer service and an outstanding experience. The staff is incredibly helpful, super friendly, polite, and patient. The team and mechanics do a great job and impeccable work on repairs and maintenance, performing work for a reasonable price and providing great value. They go above and beyond to help, perfectly fitting bikes and promptly correcting any errors. The store is clean with a great amount of products and tons of accessories. It has a really nice shop area and offers great pricing. They sell quality bikes, including Yamaha ebikes, and can often help even with bikes not purchased from them, efficiently handling warranty approvals and replacements. The location is very easy to get to via I77, though the immediate roads are noted as dangerous for cycling. Customers report fantastic experiences, highly recommending the shop for excellent service, quality bikes, and a team that truly cares. Many drive past other bike stores to visit Bike Authority, stating you will not be disappointed and that taking your business there is a complete no-brainer.
