Bicycle Shops near Broadview Heights, OH

“Bike Authority has been servicing my bikes since I was a kid riding around in my neighborhood. Fast forward 20 years I still love coming into this shop for any reason at all. I've recently purchased a new road bike from Bike Authority and can't express how great of an experience it is. The team is always extremely welcoming and helpful and never force sell bikes or accessories like other shops. All of the follow up services that come with the purchase of a new bike is a great reminder that the shop really appreciates you as a customer and wants everything to be perfect. From the bike selection, to bike fitting, chain waxing- the whole nine..Bike Authority is easily my favorite bike shop.”

“Excellent service. Took my wheel to a well known bike shop this morning and they couldn’t even get it apart. Brought it here and he had it apart and rebuilt in 15 minutes. Did it right away and charged a very fair price. Will definitely return if I need something in the future!”

“AMAZING service at a fair price! I stopped in with my daughter’s bike, after a minor accident, and they were able to replace the rim immediately. What a gem for the city of Independence!”

“Great experience, 10/10 recommend renting a bike and using the Towpath to see CVNP!

My second day in the park was unexpectedly beautiful weather and I woke up wanting to bike the Towpath (I hiked the major trails the day before). So I just dropped into the shop around noon to inquire about availability--all the e-bikes were rented but Pedego had some standard bikes I could choose from, which was perfect. The nicest man helped get me all squared away (incl. a free helmet rental) and ten minutes later I was following his directions to the best day on the Towpath. I returned three hours later, had a smooth checkout, and was out the door.

Great service, kind staff, reasonable rates; confidently recommend! (but make sure you do an online reservation, on a busier day your luck might not be as good as mine was yesterday)”

“Store hours are not correct. We just drove 2 hours 1 way to buy parts on a Saturday. No one in the store.

I wanna update my review. I was a little worked up by the shop not being open by the times posted. Luckily we waited around a few min, the owner showed up and opened shop. We got every part we wanted plus a few extras we wasn't planning on getting. Now we have about 90% of the parts to put our bike together”
