“I heard about Zafer through the grape vine and after reading his reviews I made my decision that this was where I wanted to take my car. It also helped he is the only one doing icon rocklear here in Cleveland. It was a bit of drag to find out it would take a month and a half to get my car in there. However, anyone that buys is doing something right. Took my car on the day my appointment was set. Up to that point and throughout the entire process the communication was stellar. It was like going to school when I dropped my car off as Zafer made sure to explain the tint options and go over how the icon actually protects the car. He's a master of his craft and customer service is beyond what anyone would expect. I'm taking my van to tinted when he's available. I will take all my vehicles to Zafer moving forward and recommend him to anyone who ask if I know someone who does what offers. If you're reading this review please stop and call Zafer now cause he's going to have a waiting list and he is the guy you want working on your car.”

“Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.

“Frank is an Amazing person who took very good care of me on my 2004 Chevy Corvette Commemorative edition on paint job Wich came out outstanding and not only that!! Here is the touchy part!! when the car was completed he found out my wife was in the hospital she just had Brain surgery he delivered the car right to my Driveway and said to me on the phone Merry X Christmas Wich brought tears to my eyes..
So with that being said yes frank and his team at Earl Collision are Great people

“WOW! I would trust them with one of my classic vehicles, due to quality of the repair.
I worked closely with Charlie; his attention to detail is impressive! He battled with the insurance company to ensure that only OEM parts were reinstalled. I had no issue waiting a month to get it right. Perfection takes time. No orange peel, and the gaps are perfect, just like it left the Toyota factory back in 2022.
I would recommend Marksman Auto Body to anyone. From scheduling with Pam and the updates from Charlie, I could not have asked for a better experience. Robbie was great as well!”

“I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. They treated my car like it was their own, and when they were done, it looked like nothing had ever happened. The finish was flawless, like it had just rolled out of the factory. Most body shops will fix the damage, but you can usually spot the paint runs or sand marks they leave behind. Not here, just clean, ultra-professional work.”
