“We are from out of town and bought a car sight unseen they got it inspected and repaired in a little longer time then it took us to find and eat lunch so we didn't have to haul it back on a car hauler they were affordable and fast and they got ac so give them a try if your ever in their part of Cleveland Oh and we are from Muncie it's about five hours drive and they got us right when we needed it they also gave us a car fax and a print of issues commonly found with the car the lady at the counter Pam was very informative and professional with the help she provided us”

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“Came here after a small accident on my GMC Terrain- during my time I dealt with Mary, Austin & Daniel - all 3 were great with communication AND listening. During my initial quote, I was able to elaborate my concerns and what I wanted to ensure was looked at/fixed. Dropped my car off on a Monday - was to be picked up Friday. Due to damages being more extensive once repairs started, they extended my date 5 days. During this time they were very accommodating to assist me with my requests and communicated any delays/updates they had. The car was fixed and painted very well. My car felt better leaving than it did bringing it in. They took all my calls, answered questions and also vacuumed my car! Very impressed and will recommend.”

“I just had some routine maintenance done at Terry's and I will be back with my truck the next time I have an issue. The guys are kind, clean, well-mannered, and not pushy. I was able to have someone pick me up but if I needed to hang out there for a few hours, I would have felt comfortable doing so. There's a space to pull out your computer to work and they have a stocked mini fridge.”

Mr. chassis is where it’s at. My car looks like it just came off the lot 2016 Honda fit with 135,000 miles on it. And she runs like a charm and still gets 40 miles to the gallon on the highway.
