“I previously had my gold 2020 Hyundai Sonata tinted at Tint Pros back in summer 2020. The work was phenomenal and it still looks like the day it was tinted.
So, when I purchased a new 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback in Boost Blue color, I knew I needed to get the windows tinted. My first thought was to have it done at Tint Pros. This time, I decided to have 35% tints done on the side windows and hatchback rear window.
I contacted Zafer through their website after hours on Saturday 3/7/26. He quickly responded with an available appointment for the following Wednesday 3/11/26. I dropped the car off at 9AM and it was ready for pickup the same day at 3PM. He even included a can of ammonia free tint-safe window cleaner, a microfiber cloth, and all the 3M warranty information.
I would highly recommend Tint Pros to anyone interested in getting their windows tinted. The price is more than some of the fly-by-night tinting businesses, but the service quality is unmatched.”
“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”
“PCS is super honest, friendly, and quick. I took my car in because I thought it was driving funny. I asked them to check the spark plugs and give it a test drive. They called me a little while later to say they could not find anything wrong with it. They offered to do a tune-up, but said that they really didn't think I needed it. They could have taken my money and ran. 1000% recommend!”

Here is the touchy part!! when the car was completed he found out my wife was in the hospital she just had Brain surgery he delivered the car right to my Driveway and said to me on the phone Merry X Christmas Wich brought tears to my eyes..

“I recently had front end repair at PCS, I had no idea who to go to for a second estimate, so I trusted some friends and each of them at the top of maybe two places they were recommending all of Cleveland and Lakewood, PCS came out at the top with everybody, so I had the same experience they let me know what was going on a whole step of the way, along with communication with the insurance company and the process was very smooth and took about a week. I declined the rental car option with the insurance company so they even gave me a ride at the shop, and when the job was done to my surprise, the mechanic was detailing and finishing up making my car cleaner than it was when I bought it recently used from Carvana. So much later in the day, and finally this morning, when they opened, I returned and left to leave a tip for the mechanic that I can’t remember his name. I’m so sorry, but he has also a same 2013 Hyundai Veloster but red, I wanted to let you know I appreciate the great work and the final touch of detailing. Thanks again for a great job, as same for shop owner!”
“I can't help but post about the negative review left by negative Hermione. She left the car whilst out of town for a week in order to replace a hood and grill. Hood was on a month long backorder. Gave car back untouched since it was not possible to do the work. Cost of repair was zero dollars and had the nerve to leave a bad review.”

“Mike is an angel! There were unforeseen challenges when I took my Acura to him to have my driver’s side door and window replaced - (the challenges were not his fault - it was the fault of the place where I got the replacement door) Mike went above and beyond to figure out the problem and solve it! He stayed extra long hours at his garage to make sure it was fixed right! And I expected to pay extra for all the extra work he had to do to make it right - but he stuck to his original quote which was so reasonable- I paid him extra anyway because he was so professional and gave so much extra of his time and expertise- he’s a great guy and I would highly recommend him to everyone! “I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. If I ever need a service again this is going to be my place.”

Best of all gave me estimate in 5 min he verified my car and told me what needed to be fix I told him I was in a budget gave me an amazing price. I did not had ride home owner offer to take me himself. When I saw my car I could not believe my eyes it was brand new. He also took the time to send me photos of the hole process while it was being repaired. They even cleaned the car in the inside wow ? He also ask if you are satisfied or he will fix it until you are. I will recommend this team to anyone and will be bringing my other cars here. Yay so happy my car looks bran new. Omg ?”

“Super work, great price, trustworthy. I had a 2008 white pearl Santa Fe, and someone hit my right passenger door. Mr. Wall (a no-nonsense down to earth gentleman) looked it over, and gave me a great price and timing. This was in 2012. All the work was done on schedule, and the paint match was stunning given he had to match paint that was a factory color but had faded a bit after 4 years. My wife and I could never spot a difference in color, whether bright daylight, under garage lights, or on a cloudy day.
Just make sure to knock hard on the door so that they can hear you inside over the noise of the tools. Magic also has a secure place to keep cars before and after the service. A great place.”
