I needed a prescription for an antifungal ear drop. Per Discount Drug Mart, my prescription plan did not cover this standard ear drop. The price for 1/2 ounce was over 30.00. I asked if they would put it thru Good RX website SINCE I saw I could get it there for about 16.00 dollars give or take a few cents. I was told they could not honor the good RX price (even though they r listed on the Goodrx website, since it would cost them money. They refused to honor the lower GoodRX PRICE. .Since I waited AN ADDITIONAL 24 hrs to get this script, my ear was not treated during this period because they claimed it was not in stock. AND MY EAR WAS HURTING. They would not honor the GOOD RX price of about 16.00 +/- and charged me 27.00 dollars. Had I of known of the shady game played, I could oFwent to Walmart or Amazon for 1/2 the price. SHAME ON U DISCOUNT DRUG MART. I am a senior and u looked to take financial advantage of me. BOTTOM LINE: Do not sign an arrangement with Good Rx IF YOU R NOT GOING TO HONOR IT.SHAME ON YOU. And, I later found out the strength of my prescription antifungal ear drop is available over the counter. Double shame on you.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. They lose prescriptions and ignore new prescriptions as they come in. Rude on the phone, rude in the store. Managers will not correct the problems.

I recently had a terrible experience at Discount Drug Mart. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Moreover, the store was poorly organized.

Bought a lift chair for my mom with the help of Joni! She was fabulous and very helpful. Thanks also to Liam and the manger who helped me get the chair in the car!!Great experience!

It’s ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLEevery staff member from a team member to supervisor to manager to pharmacy tech to pharmacist is rude and doesn’t know how to talk on the phone. It’s unfortunateHopefully there not like that when I get there

Lots of items available at this location. Large parking lot too. Went in for a few first-aid items I needed to re-stock my personal first aid kit. Was able to get what I needed since there was a large selection of items in that section. Walked around the store after I found what I needed. Very clean and organized store! The cashier was helpful too.

They have it at Drug Mart. This place cracks me up with variety. Cashiers are always friendly and the place is in order! Pharmacy is a meh...scripts are always late and they send random texts to come and pick up when your not waiting in anything.

Do not get balloons from this location. I had balloons filled up Friday night for a Saturday afternoon party. I woke up to find that they had deflated in less than 12 hours. I called the store and asked to have them redone as they were expensive, and I was told that I would have to pay full price a second time. No thanks. They didn’t last the first time, you will not earn any more of my business.

The location is idea, but the pharmacy is probably the worst I have ever experienced. There is us a traveling pharmacist on duty and they can't help with anything. Lead-times to fill proscriptions have been over 8 hours. They blamed giving out covid vaccine for the farmer delays. Last month I need a prescription and they didn't have it in stock and I was going out of town on Monday so I had to go pick up at a location 30 minutes from my home. I was promised they would have my next refills. Today I called to have it filled and was told I couldn't pick up till Tuesday because they had to order it. Again I will be out of my medication. The traveling pharmacist Kimberly was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to the store manager she replied "Why, they can't help you" and I was put on hold for 25 minute. I am going to transfer all my medication to another pharmacy .
