Discount Drug Mart is a pharmacy and retail store that customers frequently visit several times a week. The store is large, clean, and well laid out, providing a pleasant shopping environment. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with mentions of employees like Lauren, Joni, Liam, and Kenneth, who make the shopping experience enjoyable. Several reviews highlight positive interactions and kindness from employees, which brighten customers' days and encourage repeat visits. The store offers a variety of products, including health-related items like test strips and equipment. However, some issues have been noted, such as the sale of discontinued test strips without proper confirmation of compatibility, leading to frustration and refund challenges. There was also a situation where a cashier was closing early, causing delays for customers with only a few items. Despite these occasional problems, most customers express high satisfaction with the store's staff and overall experience, indicating that Discount Drug Mart is a trusted and well-liked place to shop for pharmacy needs and everyday items.
Well-stocked, *human-sized* store with just about anything and everything you could possibly need without running around a giant footprint. The staff has always been courteous and efficient, and you can’t ask for much more than that.
