“So…. I kind of made a mess in their parking lot while reorganizing and sorting a bunch of junk on my trailer. I literally just pulled in their lot in order to not be in the middle of the street. I’ve done this twice. The first day, I had set a couple things in the grass next to the lot, and had forgot to bring them with me. When I packed up, I left them behind. Fast forward a few days: I have my suv filled with that junk and now I have a trailer as well. The same thing…. Pulled everything off of the trailer so I could get it all organized and bring to the scrap yard. This time, the manager pulled up to me, and obviously wasn’t too happy! She was very firm, she was respectful. She was decent to say the least. She mentioned the things I left behind last time and lmk to make sure to collect them and then also let me know to clean the parking spot I was currently in and to leave. That may not seem like it warrants a 5 star review, but in reality who was in the wrong? I was. I was illegally conducting labor in their parking lot, I made a mess, and I caused a distraction and disturbance for their customers. I left things in their lot and didn’t clean them up until I was informed to do so by her. She didn’t take anything personal and I explained that I had things going on in my life that made it difficult to conduct my business at home. She was very understanding and I appreciated that she didn’t just say nothing at all while calling the police. She approached me and was fair and that’s all I could ask for”

“These guys do a great job! I hired them to build out cubed furniture that we had on site in my office. Their quote was fair and exactly what I was invoiced. They arrived on the date and time indicated and did exactly what they said they would. They went over and above by coming back the next day to install a few outlets we were missing, after locating them for me from a used furniture company, picking them up and at no additional cost! Friendly and professional team. I would highly recommend them.”

“They met and exceeded all of my expectations when I was already skeptical over a misunderstanding about confirmation move when I thought it already was so there was a delay for my 1 o'clock appointment. However, i was able to get a hold of Drew operations manager and he managed to calm me down since I was being quite a Diva given my frustrations. He also gave us a deal with a 3rd man but also we got even more lucky with a 4th as there was a trainee and he went above and beyond for us! Also, they couldn't seem to get our box spring up both entrances i was pretty worried at first but I did mention our balcony and the new guy stepped up and really pulled through and got it done! So he got a tip from me! The men were amazing and quick and professional and worked their asses off. Thank you so much for making it work for us and we were even under budget honestly, they deserved far more which my partner wants to be able to tip them also!”

“Customer service at this Noth Royalton location was top notch! The lady helped us to get the motorcycle trailer out of the snow and then a nice gentleman even helped pull the truck to help pull the trailer, it was frozen to the ground and the road was slippery. Then even added some salt to the bed of the trailer so we were able to load our motorcycle safely! Appreciate the help so much! 5 stars!”
