“So…. I kind of made a mess in their parking lot while reorganizing and sorting a bunch of junk on my trailer. I literally just pulled in their lot in order to not be in the middle of the street. I’ve done this twice. The first day, I had set a couple things in the grass next to the lot, and had forgot to bring them with me. When I packed up, I left them behind. Fast forward a few days: I have my suv filled with that junk and now I have a trailer as well. The same thing…. Pulled everything off of the trailer so I could get it all organized and bring to the scrap yard. This time, the manager pulled up to me, and obviously wasn’t too happy! She was very firm, she was respectful. She was decent to say the least. She mentioned the things I left behind last time and lmk to make sure to collect them and then also let me know to clean the parking spot I was currently in and to leave. That may not seem like it warrants a 5 star review, but in reality who was in the wrong? I was. I was illegally conducting labor in their parking lot, I made a mess, and I caused a distraction and disturbance for their customers. I left things in their lot and didn’t clean them up until I was informed to do so by her. She didn’t take anything personal and I explained that I had things going on in my life that made it difficult to conduct my business at home. She was very understanding and I appreciated that she didn’t just say nothing at all while calling the police. She approached me and was fair and that’s all I could ask for”

“There was a mishap with my storage unit, and someone moved me out accidentally in the system. When I went in on a Saturday I spoke to a new general manager named Darrell who researched the situation and found out. It was an error on the company part. He immediately fixed the error and was very knowledgeable And helpful.”

“I actually liked this place it's nice and clean and quiet it can be confusing I stepped into the office to ask directions when I got outside I was still lost thankful they have an intercom system where someone will answer and help you out the lady I dealt with was very nice very helpful she even came out of the office to help us figure out how to get inside our unit”

“The location and price are outstanding! However, I was not properly prepared and showed up to move in on a Saturday after the office closed. Online move in wasn't working and I was about to give up. Dora, the manager, flags me down from down the street and goes out of her way to help me get moved in. Such a sweet and caring lady! I'm not sure what I would have done without her! She is a great credit to her site and the company as a whole!!!”

“We have been storing our personal items here for 1year. I have no complaints. It is very clean and climate controlled. They allow you to pull in with your car or truck and provide carts to move your items to the storage location.
There is a big elevator that allows you to equip multiple carts to allow less travel from your truck or car to the storage . This is a 2 floor storage and they have different storage size available .
You can also store your vehicle or RV if needed.”
“They were awesome really. My mom had pneumonia and they were able to work around her. They put her bed in last so it was the first thing out of the truck. My mom was able to get into bed quickly and with no problems. We are truly thankful for Sparks!”

“We’ve used Morse twice now. One to move out of our house into a temporary apt during a new build process and the next to move into our new build. We had two different crews and were very professional, friendly and worked efficiently, even when we threw some curveballs at them (large furniture, multiple stops etc).
Can’t thank Morse enough for making a normally very stressful process anything but. Highly recommend to anyone in need of moving services”
“I LOVE Mill River Indoor Storage, it is truly the best place to rent a storage unit from. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and considerate. The facility itself is secure, well-lit, and temperature controlled. Super easy to move items in and out! I rented a unit from here for years, and I know when/if I need another storage unit in the future I will be returning back here. “Had a great moving experience with Sparks recently. Called about a month in advance to get a quote and moving date. They were definitely the most affordable. I was a little worried because sometimes you get what you pay for but this wasn't the case. There was concern about the moving date getting pushed back, but they were understanding and reassured me that they would work it out. Fortunately that didn't happen so they showed up right on time on moving day. They got straight to work and only stopped when there was heavy rain. We were out of the first house by 12:30pm and into the next house by 3:00pm. It was much quicker than I anticipated. All of the movers were friendly. Whatever they took apart, they put back together. We didn't have any major dents or anything from the move to the best of my knowledge. Some of my furniture had some small scuffs but I didn't make a big deal about wrapping it up. I have two boys - nothing in my house is that sacred. Overall, they were efficient, friendly, and got the job done so we didn't have to break our backs doing it all ourselves.”
