I reached out to Amy after believing I had done damage to my vehicle's braking structure /steering knuckle when changing the brakes myself. We had the vehicle towed to the Fuerst shop, expecting an expensive replacement of the steering knuckle. I wanted to have the repair done right and heard that Fuerst does excellent work. Long story short, Amy was communicative the whole way, a pleasure to speak to, and utlimately let me know the damage was not as I had anticipated & no expensive repair was needed. They could have easily charged me $1,000 for the repair I felt certain that I needed.
