“I've been coming to Frank's for several years now after a recommendation from a tire shop that didn't do alignments sent me there for an alignment. My husband and I's cars stay on the road due to Frank and his teams careful work. Their prices are fair and they give you recommendations that you can trust. My husband and I got new cars within the last year so we don't have any mechanical needs at the moment but will go back to Franks as soon as we do. With that said I just had a nail in my tire today and took it to Frank's and they got me patched/plugged up and back on the road so quick I didn't even have time to do the reading I had brought with me. “They have always been fair and honest with our family. Tim, the owner, has been in the service business with his family for years in Garfield Heights. He will not just hang cheap parts on your vehicle just to say he fixed it. Very conscientious and will be fair with pricing the job. It's too bad people give reviews based on their anger like the one gentleman who had a bad experience with an employee. Employers, unfortunately can't be everywhere all of the time, That certainly is not their way of doing business. Really nice having a local place to go not corporate.”

“I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have witnessed the horror stories about being taken advantage of - you will get 180 degrees from that experience at Lastoria and Adam is truly honest and genuinely looks out for their customers. We have gone to Lastoria for some of our prior repairs with good results but his handling of an issue on our 2007 Tacoma stood out as exemplary. We had one of those potential issues where Adam could have taken the low road and gotten a nice payday over $1k and instead he talked me through options ultimately recommending we do nothing - he did the rare thing of taking the high road. All of our vehicles will be taken to Lastoria going forward and our friends and neighbors will hear about this fantastic shop that does great work and is HONEST.”
