“Selena was a big help! I was able to quickly obtain insurance on a vehicle that I had transferred into my name an hour ago. I was in the BMV and waiting for my number to be called when I realized I needed insurance in order to get tags. I called State Farm and Selena was able to gather the information needed, take payment, and text me ID cards without me having to step out of line. By the time my number at the BMV was called, I had everything I needed. My mom passed away so transferring her car was another piece of the closure puzzle.
