“I went in to get an interior detail today after getting a gift card for two details for Christmas. Apparently there was some confusion on the price because I have a van. I left a little upset after dropping my vehicle off and got more upset as the day went on. When I went in to pick it up I spoke with someone who was very polite and understanding, who then got Tim, the manager. Tim more than made up for the mistake and I left feeling so relieved. Not only did I leave feeling relieved, I got into my car and was SHOCKED at not only how clean it was, but how GREAT it smelled too. I totally recommend getting your car detailed here. “I don't live in the area, but I really needed a car wash and stopped here for the $20.00 Wheely Wash. Really Impressed - even the wheel covers look good, Brake dust gone! A human being hand buffed the water spots off the windshield and side mirrors. He also popped my Passenger's side mirror back into a visible position. Just an EXCELLENT car wash - the wait wasn't bad even with 4 cars ahead of me and my Accord is spotless. Recommended!”

“Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I got my car windows tinted here and it was the best experience I've had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sung really knows the products, he walked me through the different types of tint and their benefits. The car was done within hours and the tint looks beautiful. You can tell its great quality stuff. The tint has NO air bubbles and looks amazing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to change my mind. Definitely recommend taking your car here! “My son had a baseball game at Lakewood.. while sitting in parking lot, I notice air pressure in the tire was really low. Went to fill with air at Lucas Auto... git back to Lakewood for the game and all I could hear was hissing from the tire. Living on the Eastside, there was no way I was making it home. Called Lucas Auto at 5pm (on a Friday), and they were able to get the car in and patch the tire.
Very fair price for the patch job and very friendly service. If I lived on westside, I would happily take my business to Lucas Auto.
