“This organization is amazing! The work they do to help others around the world is so needed - especially in these days. They also provide skill building opportunities for students and adults which has really helped my students.”
“Everyone here goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need, whether that's something simple like fixing a chain or something more time-consuming like digging through bins of bolts to find the exact replacement you need. Huge array of used parts and great, fair prices. They're doing a fantastic job fostering the local bike community!”
“They are assisting the newcomers to settle in the US, and supporting them with many important milestones, such:-Finding and starting their first Job-Learning English or improving their English proficiency-Enrolling in school and adjusting to the academic and social expectations-Obtaining a driver’s license or other forms of identification-Finding affordable housing and transportation-Accessing health care and social services-Applying for citizenship or legal status-Making friends and building community”
“This is one of my favorite Cleveland neighborhoods. The proximity to Edgewater, variety of food options, and walkability are all really great features. There are great features for residents, but also lots of entertaining options for visitors and tourists. It isn't as busy as Tremont or Ohio City, but definitely a Cleveland neighborhood worth spending time in.”
“Did a volunteer opportunity here with our organization. It's really a great thing they do providing books for for children either through organizations they partner with or the little free librarys you see about town. Knowledge is power and this offers the opportunity to get books into the hands of less fortunate children. They take donations as well... Great place to make sure those children's books you're getting rid of get a deserving new 2nd home.”
“Just cut my sons hair for the 1st time. He’s 6 yrs old and cut 14”+ off. Can’t wait to help someone in need. So happy to help a great cause and if you want to see recipient reviews google search ‘wigs for kids recipient reviews’ and there are many great ones. So glad we could help and see the great work they do!!”
“I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for your help in preparing documents, for consultations, especially to Nadiia, your work is simply priceless! Thank you very much!❤️”
“Nice spacious facility a lot of amenities between gambling the small bowling table indoor and outdoor areas to seat and they have a kitchen most times serving lunch or dinner which is nice. Good use of plexiglass around the bar area to provide separation between the patrons.”

“I have used their services on a few different occasions. I am extremely grateful to have their services available to the community, to parents, especially single moms in need.”
“Wanted to get a quick lunch before the baseball game. This place was across the street from our motel. Philly steak sandwich was delicious, and we had a lemon Bundt cake which was very good. Staff was very polite. Liked it so much went back after the game for a few drinks. Place was very clean. Thumbs up”
“The Gathering Place (East and West locations) provides incredible supports to families / individuals touched by cancer personally, as caregivers, and for those grieving loss of a loved one due to cancer. Definitely connect with them to identify services and programs to support you and your family in cancer battle. The free in person Cancer Fighting Kitchen cooking classes are amazing opportunities to learn new recipes to support your self and your family in recovery or as working for prevention. There are so many ways they stand beside families in their cancer journey for which our family is incredibly grateful.”
“This place is within Gunning Park, which was named for my Grandfather Thomas J. Gunning, he was a long time Councilman in Cleveland and served a term as President of Council. He was also a Lawyer and had a practice on Lorain Avenue for over 3o years. this place is well maintained and the staff is excellent. Special thanks to Marie Russell, who showed us around and had taken it upon herself to learn quite a bit about my GrandFather. thanks Marie and staff.”

“I have been attending Youth Challenge programs since I was 10-years-old and am now a 27-year-old woman attending programs for adult alumni. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a blessing this organization is to me, and cannot recommend it enough whether you're a young person with a disability or looking for a great cause to donate to or volunteer at. There are so many good people here, from the staff to volunteers to my fellow disabled participants. Children, teens and adults face different physical, emotional and social challenges in living with a disability, and Youth Challenge has been an amazing support network all throughout my life. Be prepared to make new friends, try new hobbies, gain confidence and simply have fun and let off steam after school or work at Youth Challenge!”
“It’s a great place to receive vouchers for birth certificates. The staff were welcoming and even the surrounding community that were in the building were friendly.”
“Have not had service here but there were these 2 lovely security guards that helped out so much when i needed road service. Bryan and his partner on tuesday june 10, thank you so muchhh”
“It was a great. They host programs regularly. Contact them to find out what is being sponsored. For me. I attended the transgender day of visibility observance. This is traditionally the day when people come out of the closet who have been afraid because of the violence suffered by our community. It is an international observance of transgender people worldwide.”
“Ive been apart of this Non Profit on and off for years. I love the Founder whom is a great person whom has taught me alot as well as Master Gardener EB who is one of my great friends. Awesome place to learn agriculture hands on. I recommend this place to all who enjoys gardening”
“The people are nice, the items are of good quality, and their item limits per week and per month are reasonable, although I am sad that they dropped the toys per week down to one from two. However, *shrug* it does mean more kids can get more toys overall, which is never a bad thing. :)”
“I work out at the Y every morning, and it’s been awesome! The facility is always clean, the equipment is in great shape, and there’s plenty of variety for different types of workouts. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, which makes it a great way to kick off the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable place to stay fit!””
“This is a spirit filled church. Absolutely one of the best churches I have been to in Cleveland. Pastor Andy is absolutely incredible and speaks the word of God. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because there is no wendsday or Thursday night midweek service offered.”
“I had Halle today on register. She was so kind and sweet, and just overall a great face to see representing this store. Halle and the rest of the staff make shopping here a blessing. Will return!!”
“The water park is great for kids. It's like a fancy splash pad with a water slide. The water is only 2 feet deep (maybe 3 at the deepest point). My son is 11 and enjoyed playing football in the water with a bunch of other boys. Everyone was really friendly. The lifeguards were super nice and helpful as well. Our city doesn't have a pool, so this was a nice treat for us. The snack bar is basic but kept us sustained for a few hours. Very reasonably priced.”
