Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio has been serving the Northeast Ohio community for over 100 years. The network of 23 local stores supports a wide range of community services and outreach programs, including employment for people with disabilities, family strengthening services, and rape crisis programs. The stores are known for their friendly staff, especially Jamie S., who is described as very kind and compassionate. Customers can find a large selection of clothing, knickknacks, picture frames, kitchen items, and even wedding décor. While the floors may be a bit dirty at times, the stores are generally considered decent and have a good turnover of donated items. Overall, the Goodwill stores in the area are highly regarded by the community and offer a great shopping experience.

I like going to this one because it's usually less crowded than the others, it's close to home, and staff is friendly. They're missing the mark with pricing though. They have weird things and basic things way marked up. If you look hard enough there are deals to be found.

Not the biggest Goodwill but nicely organized and neat. Usually find Christmas decorations here as well as Cds and books. Staff is friendly. Conveniently located in a strip w a Dollar Tree and Giant Eagle.
